Lawyer Jibran Nasir has submitted fresh questionnaires to the judicial commission probing the Meer Raza case, while citizens have also sought investigation into alleged short-term abductions linked to crypto trading.
Lawyer Jibran Nasir, representing the family in the Meer Raza case, has submitted additional questions to the judicial commission investigating the matter.
According to Nasir, separate questionnaires have been prepared for Additional IG Azad Khan, DIG Farrukh Lanjar and DIG Aamir Farooqi, who heads the investigation team.
Sources associated with the commission said that at least 10 citizens have so far contacted the commission directly, raising concerns over alleged short-term abduction incidents reportedly linked to cryptocurrency trading.
The citizens have requested the commission to examine whether any connection exists between such incidents and the broader circumstances being investigated in the Meer Raza case.
The judicial commission is continuing to review evidence, statements and submissions as part of its inquiry.
